Application of ERM Framework in Higher Education of China

Due to the impacts of social reform,industrial restructuring,and economic crisis,the potential risks of our higher education increase gradually.For the sake of controlling risks and guaranteeing the sustainable development of higher education,the application of risk management ERM comes to prominence.Based on the enterprise risk management theory,the ERM framework for our countrys higher education was constructed combined with actual conditions.Then the tool of risk assessment and operational processes were designed.Finally the matters needing attention of ERM framework were discussed,including that the ERM should be divided into system standards.region yuidances and university operation levels and follow the combination of guidanciality flexibility and other principles.
