Titration is a process of determining the concentration of a liquid by adding a liquid that has been determined concentration. The completion of the titration process is indicated by the change of color of the sample liquid. In this research, an automation titration of base acid based on microcontroller system is made. The change of color from the sample liquid will be sensed by the photodiode sensor with high power LED (HPL) as the light source. When a constant change of color occurs the stepper motor turns the buret valve to close and the relay switches off the magnetic stirrer. There is a volume difference between the volume of NaOH in the titration process automatically with the volume of NaOH analytically but the automation titration of base acid based on microcontroller system that has been made to work well. This is shown from the test results using the set point 2082 mV volume of NaOH obtained for 5.72 ± 0.18 mL or 5.54 mL up to 5.9 mL.
