Heating device and method for on-line flaw detection apparatus coupling pool

The invention discloses a heating device and method for an on-line flaw detection apparatus coupling pool. When the heating device is in use, a temperature monitoring sensor of a temperature detection apparatus enables the detected coupling water temperature value signal of the coupling pool to be transmitted to a control apparatus. When the temperature value detected by the temperature monitoring sensor is less than a lower limit value of a preset temperature range, the control apparatus controls a heater to start heating. When the detected temperature value is less than a first preset maximum temperature value, the heater is judged to be damaged, and an alarm gives an alarm. When the detected temperature value is greater than an upper limit value of the preset temperature range, the control device controls the heater to stop heating. When the detected temperature value is greater than a second preset maximum temperature value, the control apparatus controls the heater to stop heating again, and controls the alarm to give an alarm, thereby preventing water from being heated excessively. The device and method prevents the heater from heating water excessively, and can give an alarm timely when the heater is damaged.
