Music teachers in Spain can get access to a position in secondary school through several routes. This means that their approaches to music teaching may differ depending on their initial education. Given the increasing presence of Infor mation and Communication Technologies (ICT) in both society and education, teachers need proper training in order to effectively respond to this new challenge in education. This paper aims to under stand ICT training of music teachers and the impact it has on the factors allowing the implementation of ITC in class.
