The invention relates to a robot alarm system and method based on big data. The robot alarm method based on the big data is characterized by comprising the steps: a first sub platform obtains in-site water quality data of all water quality detection stations, wherein the in-site water quality data are reported by all registered water quality detection stations of one city through internet of things; aiming at each water quality detection station, the linear distance between location information of all registered loudspeaker devices of the city and location information of the water quality detection station is calculated out when the in-site water quality of the water quality detection station is judged to exceed standard according to the in-site water quality data of the water quality detection station; water quality alarm voice containing the location information of the water quality detection station with the in-site water quality exceeding the standard is sent to a target loudspeaker device and a second sub platform through the internet of things when all loudspeaker devices are judged to contain a target loudspeaker device with the linear distance with the location information of the water quality detection station smaller than a preset threshold value; the target loudspeaker device plays the water quality alarm voice. The robot alarm method has the advantages of being capable of performing water quality standard exceeding alarm in time and guaranteeing water safety of the city; furthermore, robots are stimulated to participate in water quality standard exceeding alarm.
