Method for preparation of waste hair composite material with ionic liquid

Belonging to the field of comprehensive utilization of biomass resources, the invention discloses a method for preparation of a waste hair composite material with ionic liquid. The method includes: using a mixed system composed of ionic liquid and a reducing agent to swell waste hair so as to destroy the scale layer, and reducing a disulfide bond to obtain swollen hair fiber containing a lot of mercapto groups, then adding an initiator and an acrylic monomer into the system respectively to conduct swelling graft modification on the hair, carry out reaction for certain period of time, then adding ethanol that is 2 times the volume of the system and performing filtering to obtain acrylate modified hair, performing drying at certain temperature, and then conducting hot pressing, thus obtaining the thermoplastic reinforced composite material. The method provided by the invention adopts ionic liquid as the solvent and reaction medium, and employs swelling graft modification to prepare the thermoplastic reinforced composite material, not only improves the reaction efficiency, but also protects the natural mechanical properties of hair fiber.
