Nano- und Chromobodies für high-content und super-resolution imaging

Nano- and chromobodies are recombinant binding molecules that have expanded the possibilities of advanced cellular imaging. Here we provide an overview how chromobodies can be implemented to visualize localization and dynamics of endogenous proteins in live-cell high-content imaging. Additionally, we highlight recent advances in the development of nanobodies to label cellular structures with high densities and minimal fluorophore displacement for super-resolution microscopy.
