Mask device and manufacturing method

The invention relates to the technical field of flat panel display, and especially relates to a mask device comprising a mask module, a first driving module, a supporting module, and a second driving module. The mask module and the first driving module are respectively positioned on two sides of a substrate, and the two are arranged oppositely. The first driving module is used for providing a first force for the mask module, such that the mask module can be combined with the first driving module, and the substrate can be fixed between the mask module and the first driving module. The supporting module comprises an adjusting module which is respectively detachably connected with the mask module and the first driving module. The adjusting module can be used for adjusting the distance between the mask module and the first driving module. The second driving module and the mask module are respectively positioned on two sides of the first driving module, and are used for providing a second force for the substrate, such that the substrate can be fixed on the first driving module before the mask module is combined with the first driving module. Also, the invention provides a manufacturing method of the mask device.
