Perspectiva de conectividad e interactividad a partir de la nueva dinámica con el ciudadano: Gobierno en Línea en el caso del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de Colombia 2010-2014

"The research aims to observe the operation of the electronic government in Colombia with the flag of the progress of ICT (Information And Communications Technologies) in the country, which translates into the public policy ""Gobierno en Linea"", which has been implemented in state institutions. Therefore, to investigate the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a case study, and scope of the phases of information, interaction, transaction processing and online democracy. I chose the theory of Michiel Backus and reality through the decrees 1151/08 and 2396/12, more action plans designed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in accordance with the new type of interactive relationship between the entity and the citizen, in the years 2010 to 2014, to consider whether the state institution is at the forefront of the advancement of ICTs."
