The polyolefin resin composition for pipes

One kind of polyolefin resin composition for pipes, high density polyethylene is one hundred percent of the weight meter comprising: a) 100% high density polyethylene, melt flow rate of 0.1 ~ 0.5g / 10min, density 0.945 ~ 0.957g / cm3; 2) 10% to 30% very low density polyethylene, melt flow rate of 0.1 ~ 20g / 10min, density 0.860 ~ 0.900g / cm3; 3) 0.1% ~ 0.30% of peroxide modifier. Composition occurs by reactive extrusion process microchannel cross-linking reaction, high-density polyethylene improved resistance to environmental stress cracking resistance (> 2000 hours), to expand the application of high-density polyethylene pipe or in other areas. The present invention further discloses a method for preparing resin compositions.
