Encapsulating method of MBR unit

The invention relates to an encapsulating method, and in particular relates to an encapsulating method of an MBR unit. The encapsulating method comprises the following steps: S1. mounting and fixing a small single membrane capsule and a glue sealing disc and horizontally installing a membrane yarn fixing device at the position which is above the small membrane capsule and is away from the small membrane capsule by 5-10cm; S2. performing epoxy resin casting on the assembled small membrane capsule, then disassembling the glue sealing disc, cutting a part except the small membrane capsule and cleaning the surface of the small membrane capsule; S3. coating the sealing position of the small membrane capsule and a large membrane capsule with epoxy resin, and assembling the small membrane capsule and the large membrane capsule after 15-20min to enable the sealing surface of the small membrane capsule and the large membrane capsule to be adhered closely; S4. sequentially assembling all small membrane capsules and the large membrane capsule according to the steps; and S5. horizontally arranging the large membrane capsule assembled with a plurality of small membrane capsules and casting the epoxy resin in a gap between the membrane yarn and the large membrane capsule. The encapsulating method of the MBR unit has simple process and the cost is saved.
