Anodic behavior of 1Kh18N9T steel

1997
To develop a technique for electrochemical deactivation of replaceable parts of nuclear power plants, various modes of 1Kh18N9T steel dissolution: potentiostatic, galvanostatic, and pulsed potentiostatic and galvanostatic, were studied. In selecting the optimal dissolution mode ensuring the required process rate, the pulse height, duration of the cathode and anode components, pause duration, alternating current frequency, and electrode potential were varied.
