주거시설 모듈러 유닛의 공장생산 프로세스에 관한 기초 연구

The purpose of this study is to deduct the factory manufacturing process of housing facility’s modular units by monitoring the factory manufacturing process of the case project which is the largest among the housing facility modular buildings. After reviewing domestic literature review the research process was conducted by selecting factory manufacturing process monitoring methods and criteria based on the analysis of case project and factory layout and monitoring factory manufacturing process. As a result of monitoring the factory manufacturing, it was classified into 8 working places, 11 construction works and 57 activities. And it was confirmed that the total manufacturing days of the modular units in the case project were 18 days.
