Analysis and Solutions of the Social Endowment Insurance of Land-lost Farmers——Based on the data of survey conducted in Chang′an District of Xi′an

By taking the land-lost farmers in 289 households in the Chang′an District of the City of Xi′an as the investigation objects,the study has revealed that the land-lost farmer are characteristic of low compensation standard for land expropriation,poor insurance ability,family supporting capability drop,gradual strengthening of the social endowment insurance awareness,lack of trust on the current social endowment insurance,etc.Based on the above characteristics and from the evaluation and analysis of the endowment insurance policy for current land-lost farmers in the city of Xi′an,the article has presented corresponding policy suggestions.
