Phase shifters in receivers of active phase arrays

Nowadays receivers of active phase array find wider application in radar, navigation and communication systems. Such receiver includes discrete phase shifter and driver. A phase error and compression factor for difference driver is measured. Phase error is less than 5 degrees for receivers' ensemble. Compression factor less than 1.0 dB on a level -45 dBW is obtained. The correct choice of phase shifter circuit and driver reduces receiver manufacture cost.
