Особенности антибиотикопрофилактики при первичном эндопротезировании тазобедренного сустава у пожилых в дорожной клинической больнице г. Хабаровска

Quantity of total hip replacement operations grows every year. The risk of infectious complications is great during operation and in postoperative period. The result of it is the long treatment, removal of an artificial limb, and as a severe cases lethal outcome. As preventive maintenance the careful patient's preparation to the operations, observance of aseptic and antiseptic rules, antibiotic prophylaxes are used. «Cefobid» and «Amoxyclav» are used in 32 patients as preventive maintenance during primary total hip replacement. No one patient has been remarked by deep infection in postoperative period.
