Training TCM talents based on growth rules of TCM talents

Chinese medicine has its own development laws and medical paradigm.The model of training TCM talents was practiced and tried from 4 aspects including reconstruction of talent training goal,building of modularized knowledge system,optimization of teaching design and setting-up of evaluation system in the practice of teaching reform.At the same time of reflecting the effectiveness of higher education,the characteristics and advantages of TCM will be fully performed for exploring a new way of training TCM elites.
