Electrochemical method of quantifying glucose, glucose dehydrogenase composition, and wherein the electrochemical sensor for glucose measurement

Using glucose dehydrogenase which requires flavin compound as a coenzyme, a method of quantifying glucose in the solution and performing potential measurement by potentiometry, derived from filamentous fungi, in particular Aspergillus oryzae (Aspergillus oryzae), or, it is preferable to quantified using Aspergillus terreus (Aspergillus terreus) derived glucose dehydrogenase.
