Optimization of Gate Location for Switch Box Top Head based on Moldfolw Software

The flow situation of switch box top head during the injection was stimulated by means of Moldflow software.The flow time,the temperature at flow front,the location of air traps,the locaton of weld lines were analyzed by selecting different gate location and number.The most suitable gate location was obtained by optimizing design plan,which provided basis for mould design.
