The invention provides a method, a device and a system for acquiring tickets. According to the embodiment of the invention, the operation of acquiring the tickets is executed without completely depending on a web server, namely a first web server, which is distributed to a user by a website, but is executed by utilizing other usable web servers of all of the usable web servers of the website except for the first web server, so that the problem that in the prior art, due to long time delay of the web server which is distributed to the user by the website, the tickets required by the user cannot be acquired can be avoided, therefore, the usability and reliability of web services are improved.
