Based on survey 117 patients with neoplasms (cancer) of the pancreas with conducting spiral X-ray computed tomography with intravenous bolus contrast-enhanced and multiphase scanning studied CT semiotics of pancreatic cancer, taking into account the size, structure, location, nature and growth of the tumor staining in the different phases of scanning.
