Il favor fidei tra disciplina canonica e tutela dei migranti

Catholic Church’s attention to migrations is permanent. Main purpose is offer a protection those who are forced to leave their land and to rediscover own identity. Catholic Church’s teaching and Episcopal Conferences one answer the legal protection offered by canonic law: often universal legislator opened to men, so they don’t suffer discriminations. He also opened to others legal systems to create a dialogue in everyone’s interest. There are different areas translating this attitude. Canon marriage law regulates the institutes in favor of the faith (Pauline privilege, Petrin privilege, dissolution in favor of faith).
