고속철도차량용 댐퍼 오일씰의 구조해석

A total of 12 kinds of high-speed rail vehicle oil damper in accordance with the position, by absorbing the various displacements and vibrations between the vehicle body and the bogie during travel serves to improve the ride comfort. One of its main cause is a failure occurs according to the oil seal leak wear of the rubber material, from which the lower the damping force to reduce the fatigue life of the damper. In this study, to assure the damper of the high-speed railway vehicle, a non-linear finite element analysis of the damper oil seal is performed.
