Localizzazione secondaria alla prostata con infiltrazione di vescica e retto di carcinoma primitivo dello stomaco

An unusual case is described of prostatic metastasis of gastric adenocarcinoma that developed 4 years after extensive gastrectomy followed by chemotherapy for lymph node involvement. Extension of the prostatic metastasis to the bladder and rectum necessitated exenteration with double diversion. Few cases of symptomatic prostatic metastases from gastric adenocarcinoma are reported in literature.
