The invention discloses a breakage-proof tea leaf discharge opening which comprises an upper discharge opening and a lower discharge opening, wherein the upper discharge opening and the lower discharge opening are integrally formed; the included angle between the upper discharge opening and the lower discharge opening is 110 to 150 degrees; the upper end of the upper discharge opening is open; a rectangular hole I is formed in the upper part on the front end surface of the lower discharge opening, and is the same as the lower discharge opening in width; a buffering plate is welded on the lower discharge opening and above the rectangular hole I, and is a rectangular plate; a gap being 4 to 8 cm is reserved between the buffering plate and the rear end surface of the lower discharge opening; the buffering plate is arranged downwards in an inclined manner; the included angle between the buffering plate and the front end surface of the lower discharge opening is 120 to 160 degrees. Due to the included angle between the upper discharge opening and the lower discharge opening, the falling speed of tea leaves is reduced; as the buffering plate is arranged on the lower discharge opening downwards in an inclined manner, the tea leaves can touch the buffering plate first when falling down from the tail end of a belt, and slide down along the buffering plate, that is, the stress on the tea leaves is reduced. Therefore, the breakage rate of the tea leaves is reduced, and the quality of the tea leaves is improved.
