The invention discloses a device and method for measuring the displacement of a turbo-cooling shaft of an aircraft, and belongs to the field of detection tools of aircraft components. A Y-shaped support is fastened on a cutting sleeve seat via inner-hexagonal screws, slide blocks are fixed on the Y-shaped support, sensor poles are vertically fixed under the slide blocks respectively, and a current displacement sensor is fixed on the sensor poles. When the displacement of the turbo-cooling shaft is measured, the measuring device is directly nested into the inner circle of a volute on the basis of the outer circle of the volute, a central circular hole of the Y-shaped support sleeves the outer circumference of the turbo-cooling shaft of the measured workpiece, and the distance between the probe portion of the current displacement sensor and the outer circumference of the turbo-cooling shaft of the measured workpiece; and the current displacement sensor measures the relative position between the outer circumference of the turbo-cooling shaft and the end surface of the current displacement sensor to complete test for the shaft displacement. The non-contact type rotating shaft displacement measuring device is simple in structure and operation, rapid in centering, high in precision and practicality, and suitable for measurement in complex conditions.
