In order to contribute to the E Call You business model, the aim is to obtain a more efective and efcient model, to ensure that data analysis tools are used, which allow adequate segmentation of groups of recurring patients from criticism and in turn, develop a predictive model that reflects the behavior of medical appointment allocation according to the patient's pro le and patient needs. To develop this project, includes the capture and management of information in a data warehouse environment that is taken into account, along with tools for the analysis of this data that will allow it to show the company as the program leader in the health sector. Therefore, machine learning models of clustering variables will be carried out for the segmentation of patients, as well, the scheduling volumes of appointments by specialty are forecast. Finally, web views registered on the company page were designed, as an added value to the management of the contact center, it was selected to monitor and control the campaign by customers and leaders of the operation, delivering daily information updates.
