Мясная продуктивность бычков симментальской породы при скармливании кормов из различных бобовых культур

Data on meat efficiency of bull-calves of simmentalsky breed are provided in article when feeding by various bean cultures. From data of the conducted research follows that, higher lethal rates were received at young growth of I, II and III groups, but thus leading position was held by the bull-calves receiving in a diet of feeding сенаж from a kozlyatnik east (the I group). At bull-calves of I and II groups receiving as a part of the main diet сенаж from a kozlyatnik and a lucerne of 40% on nutritiousness, the specific weight of meat of more valuable grades increases. The index of a myasnost of ink reached the greatest size at bull-calves of the I group – on the average 4,38 units. Their advantage on a studied indicator over animal II, III and IV groups made respectively 0,7; 1,6 and 3,1%. Therefore, the bull-calves consuming in the diet сенаж, had higher quality indicators of hulks. Thus animals of all studied groups had rather high rates of meat efficiency.
