PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide multispecific antigen-binding molecules that can treat cancer through cytotoxic activity of T cells to target cancer tissue containing a glypican 3 expression cell by allowing T cells to approach target cancer tissue, the molecules being a molecular type with high production efficiency; to provide production methods of the antigen-binding molecules; and to provide pharmaceutical compositions containing the antigen-binding molecules as an active ingredient.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a bispecific antibody in which an antibody variable region having glypican 3 avidity, an antibody variable region having T cell receptor complex avidity, and a common L chain variable region are antibody variable regions having a specific amino acid sequence.SELECTED DRAWING: None
