The invention discloses a heat pipe network fire-preventing and collapse-preventing device for a steel-structure building. Steel components which are tested to be qualified and provided with heat pipes are installed from the first storey, the steel components on each storey are steel components provided with heat pipes, and when the steel components are constructed to an equipment storey or a refuge storey, a radiator is arranged on the outer wall of the equipment storey or the refuge storey. A testing device comprises a flame gun inlet and an infrared thermodetector inlet and is characterized in that one tested steel component is placed in a testing chamber after penetrating through an end sealing plate on the testing chamber; the lower end of the steel component is placed in the testing chamber and erected in a groove of a pressure bearing base; one end of a pressing rod is movably connected with the top end of a supporting rod; the bottom end of the supporting rod is fixed to the ground outside an enclosing wall; the other end, namely the right end, of the pressing rod is movably connected with the upper end of a gravity rod; the bottom of the middle portion of the pressing rod is exposed out the top end, above the enclosing wall, of tested steel component; and a gravity hammer is hung on the lower end of the gravity rod. The heat pipe network fire-preventing and collapse-preventing device can transfer heat from the interior of the building to the exterior of the building and has a fire preventing function and a collapse preventing function.
