1). Despite a clear improvement for ACEI and BB, doses remained too low. ARB doses did not increase in Impact-Reco II study. Conclusion: Prescriptions of French cardiologists are close to the ESC recommendations in terms of RAS and beta-receptors blockage and improved between the two studies. Nevertheless, regarding ESC recommendations, doses remain too low and clinical practice should be improved by increasing daily doses of CHF drugs.
