A Method of Reliability Function Deployment Based on HoR

Based on HoR(House of Reliability),FTA and FMEA was integrated into QFD to build the process of reliability function deployment.Reliability index was distributed and the problem that traditional method over depended on subjective scoring was overcome.On this basis,the model of maximum reliability satisfaction and minimum configuration cost was established in order to allocate reliability index to engineering technique characteristics.The model was validated through the example of high-speed spindle.
