Topical Therapy by fluconazole and ECONAZINE for inflammation of recurring monilial prepuce alanitis

Objective To observe clinical results for recurring monilial prepuce balanitis after using fluconazole and ECONAZINE by oral and external application. Methods To take flucoazole orally 150mg in a day for three days and use ECONAZINE externally two times a day for one week. Results Among 90 cases, one week after treatment the cure rate is 81.1%, three months 88.9% and six months 92.2%; And the effective rates are 93.3%, 96.7% and 98.8%. Conclusion It's safe, simple and sactisfied to cure recurring monilial prepuce balanitis by taking fluconazole orally and using ECONAZINE externally.
