Let us give eyes to Europe

Recent military experiences, from the Gulf War to the recent Balkan conflicts, have clearly demonstrated the importance of intelligence gathered by space-based assets. They have also shown the need for Europe to have control of such assets when vital European interests are at stake. This paper introduces a dossier in which it is argued that such assets should be developed within a cooperative European framework.
