Low elongation and a manufacturing method of a multilayer hose

The present invention provides a low elongation and a manufacturing method of the multilayer hose. The method comprises the steps of: producing a first layer of the hose, the second and third layers; the first layer into the third layer; the first and third layers vulcanization, substantially parallel to a direction along the length of the first and third layers stretching; a second vulcanized layer into the first layer and the third layer, curing. The present invention can effectively reduce the elongation of the multilayer hose, while maintaining its resilient property, so as to enhance performance of the multilayer hose.
