The invention relates to a heating disinfection system of water for the cultivation of alga. The system comprises a sand filtration device connected with a seawater delivery pipe, a microfiltration device used for carrying the filtrate of the sand filtration device, a water storage tank used for carrying the filtrate of the microfiltration device and a water pump used for injecting the seawater of the water storage tank in a heating disinfection tank, wherein the inside of the heating disinfection tank is provided with an electric heating tube and a hot water output pipe used for sending the heated and disinfected seawater back to a heat exchanger; the heat exchanger is provided with a cold water charging pipe and a cold water discharging pipe which are used for charging and discharging cooling water respectively; and after heat exchange, the seawater for cultivation is ouput through the output pipe. The heating disinfection system of the invention has precise design, compact structure and small floor space and can be used for the heating disinfection of the water used for cultivating various marine organisms containing chlamydomonas. The automatic control of the whole flow can berealized, the consumption of manpower can be reduced, the efficiency of heating disinfection can be increased, the risks for the cultivations of marine organisms caused by the existences of mixed algae, bacteria, enemy organisms and contaminants in seawater can be effectively prevented.
