PARALYSIES OCULOMOTRICES REGRESSIVES ET MUCOCOELE DU SINUS SPHENOIDAL
1977
Affections of the posterior sinuses (posterior spenoidal and ethmoidal sinuses) may remain wholly silent from the otorhinological point of view and only reveal themselves through an acute neurological syndrome. This is true of the mucocele, an intranasal accumulation of mucoid material, capable of distending the bony walls and compressing the neighboring nervous structures. The spontaneously regressive character of oculomotor paralyses gives them a semiological character of which the authors report a new example here.
