The invention discloses a transverse stabilizer of a dump truck. The transverse stabilizer comprises two connecting rods which are transversely distributed and a torsion spring mechanism, wherein the torsion spring mechanism comprises a control rocker arm and a driving shaft, and the driving shaft is rotationally installed in the middle of the control rocker arm and has an elastic recovery function in a rotating direction; and the control rocker arm is vertically or obliquely arranged, and is positioned in the middle of an integral axle of the dump truck, the two connecting rods are respectively positioned on two sides of the control rocker arm, one end of each connecting rod is articulated with the control rocker arm, the other end of each connecting rod is articulated with the integral axle, and the driving shaft is fixedly connected with a dump truck body. In a wheel bouncing process, the transverse stabilizer can effectively constrain the integral axle to enable the integral axle to only carry out relative motion in a perpendicular direction, so that the lateral displacement of the integral axle and tire wear can be alleviated; meanwhile, during roll of the dump truck body, nonlinear roll stiffness and damping can be provided, roll vibration of the dump truck body caused by a bumpy road surface can be effectively attenuated, and the vehicle traveling performance can be improved.
