Caracterización química y biológica del ambiente en el que se conserva la momia guanche del Museo Arqueológico Nacional

espanolSe identifican los Compuestos Organicos Volatiles (COV) mayoritarios y sus concentraciones, asi como las Unidades Formadoras de Colonias (UFC) de bacterias y hongos existentes en el ambiente circundante de la momia guanche conservada en el Museo Arqueologico Nacional (MAN). Se describen los datos obtenidos en los ultimos dias de su estancia en el Museo Nacional de Antropologia, asi como los obtenidos durante un ano desde su llegada al nuevo Museo. Las abundancias determinadas para cada uno de los compuestos mayoritarios han estado en todos los analisis efectuados por debajo de los limites de exposicion profesional para agentes quimicos en Espana. Sin embargo, estos limites no son garantia de que exposiciones continuadas durante anos y las concentraciones existentes y mantenidas por las vitrinas, no puedan alterar la preservacion de obras unicas de nuestro patrimonio artistico. Una nueva linea de investigacion que evalue la relacion existente entre las concentraciones de volatiles y materiales tan diversos como pigmentos, aglomerantes, telas, organicos, etc., en las condiciones de temperatura y humedad existentes en las vitrinas de los diferentes museos esta en marcha. The data obtained in the last days of his stay at the Museo Nacional de Antropologia (MNA) are described, as well as those obtained during a year since his arrival at the Museo Arqueologico Nacional (MAN). The abundances determined for each of the major compounds have been in all the analyzes carried out, below the professional exposure limits for chemical agents in Spain. However, these limits are not a guarantee that exhibitions continued for years of the existing concentrations and maintained by the showcases can not alter the preservation of our artistic heritage unique. A new line of research that assesses the relationship between VOCs concentrations and materials as diverse as pigments, binders, clothes, organic, etc. in the conditions of temperature and humidity existing in the showcases of the different museums is underway.
