Состояние резистентности юношей больных внебольничной пневмонией

98 youths with community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) at the age of 18-21 were examined. More of them had depression of monocytic-macrophage component of immune system, instability of cellular membrane and disturbance of redox processes at the early stage of infectious process, that favors the development of complications, prolonged course and recurring cases of disease. Disbalance in condition of immunobiological status of youths with CAP requires timely correction with preparations of immunooriental and antioxidant action.
