Tin melting furnace for producing solder

2012
The invention discloses a tin melting furnace for producing lead-free solder. The tin melting furnace comprises a furnace body, a hearth and a tin boiler, wherein a furnace cover, an air exhaust joint, a bell jar, a tin pump and a stirring motor are arranged above the furnace body. The tin melting furnace is characterized in that the tin boiler is made of titanium-iron composite material, the inner layer of the tin boiler is made of titanium alloy and the outer layer of the tin boiler is made of cast iron; and a heating device consisting of coils is fixed at the bottom of the boiler and carries out heating by an electromagnetic heating mode. The tin melting furnace has the advantages that the combination of titanium alloy used as a crucible material and the electromagnetic heating mode is realized, the problems that the crucible material is corroded and is dissolved into the lead-free solder to influence the performance of the solder and the titanium alloy is easily deformed when being heated so as to influence the use of a crucible are avoided, the energy consumption is reduced by 30%, the production efficiency is improved by more than 60%, the production cost is reduced by 40%, the service life is greatly prolonged, and by test, the content of the impurity element in the produced lead-free solder is limited in the standard and completely conforms to the standard requirement of the lead-free solder.
