Почечная гемодинамика у больных артериальной гипертонией и здоровых людей разных возрастных групп

2015
The study was aimed to investigate the effect of high blood pressure and age on renal hemodynamics in hypertensive patients and normotensive individuals of different age categories. 58 patients with arterial hypertension and 26 volunteers without cardiovascular diseases were included in the study. All subjects underwent Doppler ultrasound of renal arteries with estimation of pulsatility index, resistive index, systolic-diastolic ratio. In middle-aged and elderly hypertensive patients the values of above-mentioned parameters were higher than in healthy individuals of the same age. In hypertensive patients and healthy individuals they increased with age at the level of renal and segmental arteries, but at the level of interlobar arteries only in hypertensive patients.
