The present invention relates to a polyimide-polybenzoxazole precursor solution, a polyimide-polybenzoxazole film, and a preparation method therefor. A film prepared by means of the polyimide-polybenzoxazole precursor solution of the present invention is a film formed by copolymerizing diamines and dianhydrides, and diaminophenol and dicarbonyl chloride unit structures in an organic solvent, and has advantages of maintaining the colorless and transparent characteristics of a conventional polyimide film, improving heat resistance and having a lower birefringence index.
