A Possible Non Unitary Neutrino Mixing Matrix from SUL(4) ⊗ UN(1) Gauge Group

Neutrino mixing phenomenon is studied within the non unitary Pontecorvo-Maki- Nakagawa-Sakata modified matrix (PMNS) in the context of an effective low energy limit of the minimal 341 model with right handed neutrinos.
