[Reconstruction of the lower lip for sequelae of noma (author's transl)].

: The authors present a case of reconstruction of the height of the lower lip for sequelae of probable noma in a 35-year-old Algerian. They used a bipediculated Dufourmentel flap. The morphological and functional result was satisfactory.
