A method using a camellia oleifera squeezed tea cake to make a camellia oleifera special-purpose fertilizer relates to the technical field of comprehensive utilization of a squeezed tea cake, and is characterized by comprising the following steps: preparation of a fermentation agent, to be more specific, a fertilizer fermentation agent with the weight of 0.1% of the weight of a to-be-fermented material is used, fresh rice bran is used for fermentation of the fertilizer fermentation agent, and every 1 kg of the fertilizer fermentation agent is added with 5 kg of the rice bran; moisture regulating, to be more specific, the squeezed tea cake is crushed, the crushed squeezed tea cake particle diameter is not greater than 1cm, water is added for moisture regulating, and the moisture of the crushed squeezed tea cake particle is controlled at about 60%-70%; heap building, fermentation, even mixing and ventilation, to be more specific, at normal temperature, after 48 hours, the temperature rises to 50 to 60 DEG C, third days the temperature can reach 70 DEG C above, then at the high temperature, a heap is turned once each half day, so that the temperature is stable at 55 to 65 DEG C, holes are drilled on the material heap for ventilation to supplement oxygen needed by the fermentation, and after 6-8 days of maintaining, the fermentation is complete. The method is economic and environmentally friendly, can realize circular economy, facilitates the implementation of soil testing formula, and is reasonable in allocation.
