Urinary hydroxyproline and glycosaminoglycan excretion in Down's syndrome

Urinary hydroxyproline and glycosaminoglycan excretion rates were found to be significantly lower than normal in 28 infants and children with Down's syndrome. Fractionation of glycosaminoglycans revealed no characteristic pattern.
