Gynandroblastoma of the ovary in a young child

Abstract We describe a 4½-year-old girl with breast development due to a sex cord—stromal tumor histologically identified as a gynandroblastoma. Excision of this tumor resulted in complete resolution of symptoms without tumor recurrence.
