Mini-invasive treatment of bladder stones under derect vision by combining cystoscope with cystostomy(report of 57 cases)

Objective To study the mini-invasive treatment of bladder stones under direct vision by combining cystoscope with cystostomy.Methods Bladder stones were removed under direct vision by cystoscope through cystostomy channel within 10mm trocar.All patients were indwelled catheterization after operation for 7～10d.Results 57 patients with bladder stones were cured in 30(25 to 50)minutes with the blood loss of 5～10ml.No complication was noted in any patient.Conclusion The treatment of bladder stones under direct vision by combining cystoscope with cystostomy is an mini-invasive,easy,effective,safe and reliable method.
