鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒(ZJ2000)基因组B节段全长的克隆及其毒力位点的分析预测

cDNA of the full-length segment B of infectious bursal disease virus ZJ2000 strain was obtained by RT-PCR and cloned into PUC18-T for sequencing. Analysis of segment B sequences in GenBank identified a highly variable region in 5'-NCR. The 5'-NCR of ZJ2000 strain contained sequence that potentially forms a unique secondary structure. The deduced amino acids sequences of the VP1 gene suggested that there were 17 possible loci in segment B that may affect virulence.
